		<description>Seems to me that&#039;s been partially blocked off and on for at least the past two summers. One of those small construction projects that has no deadline. I don&#039;t know the local streets very well ( I should bring a map), so I wind up on Linden and S Conduit trying to get to Cross Bay Blvd--a big, noisy disappointment after the peaceful bike trail. (Except for crossing some of those bridges--jeez, what&#039;s more dangerous than meeting an oncoming bike on one of those, with with no barrier from Belt Parkway traffic?)

Good news (maybe):Last Saturday there were actually some guys at work (on a weekend!) near your photo. Maybe they will finally finish.</description>
