Marine Park Mid-Summer Celebration

Marty Golden can sure throw a party!
This Mid-Summer celebration was the 1st annual celebration, presented by State Senator Martin Golden and sponsored by Marine Park Hardware and the Marine Park Civic Association. It was scheduled to be a two day event Saturday ended up being the nicest.
There were great food vendors cooking up and serving: BBQ’ed fresh corn, gryos, sausage and peppers and everything chicken and steak. Uncle Louie G’s ices was serving their ices.
Inflatable rides by (Lifetime Vending and Amusements) and real carnival games kept the kids busy, while the family shopped at long line of vendors selling their wares.

Only reason why he did it was because of the state senate fiasco and him realizing “OOO I am not going to get re-elected this year … and I mean that for ANY State Senator-whether they are a Republican or Democrat-People-remember this at voting time!!
everyone is entitled to their opinion…but you are way off base…he’s been doing things for the community for years that we never had before…a local office, concerts, street fair, many others…maybe you just aren’t informed!
I have to agree. My kids had a blast, the food was great, and it didn’t rain. Ya-hoo!
