I do things for Marine Park that benefit the neighborhood and preserve the character of Marine Park. When 90% of the people have no issue with these bells, it is obvious that the minority has no basis for an arguement. You could leave in the bell tower like the hunchback and they still wouldnt be annoying. THEY ARE NOT THAT LOUD. If you want to meet by the church as a group, we can take the test again.
