To follow up on yesterday’s post, The New York Daily News has today reported another incident involving a young female teacher at James Madison High School.  Allison Musacchio, pictured left, is under investigation for having an inappropriate relationship with a male student.

“School sources said they learned of Musacchio’s alleged antics in March, after a female James Madison student saw her ex-boyfriend’s phone number on the tenured teacher’s cell phone.

Officials found more than 200 texts and calls between the teacher and the male pupil and yanked her from the classroom, sources said. They said the amount of contact was inappropriate.

Musacchio, 31, was also investigated for having a fling with a former student but the probe was dropped because the teen was of legal age and no longer at the school, school sources said.

Attempts to reach Musacchio at her home were unsuccessful Wednesday, but she has told a neighbor the allegations were untrue.”

I’ve messed around during sing myself in an empty Madison classroom a few times and it never hurt a soul. It was fun, infact. In this case there weren’t any students watching, so who cares? The janitor who ratted them out really needs to grow up. He should have asked to join in! Life is about lust and fun, and if a teacher wants to inflate the ego of some 17 year old or two adult teachers wanna enjoy their youth, have some fun and mess around in a classroom during off hours (which they dont mention), who cares? It’s adventurous. That’s what lifes all about! Lighten up, Americas phoney morals are the real crime in this story. Imagine all of the problems that we could solve if we all realized the morals imposed upon us by religion and government are more detrimental then not.

Wow Bob, that’s pretty twisted! Did you “mess around during sing in an empty Madison classroom” with a fellow student, or were you “inflating the ego” of some 17 year old? Or was it teacher to teacher? I find your attitude toward morals to be frightening. Please tell me your not teaching, but if you are, it explains alot.

i wish these teacher looked like that when i was in high school. what was the janitor thinking? what a rat. should have just told them to stop and warn them dont let it happen on school goungs again. such a tool. im sure the janitor is no angel. maybe he and the other janitor play a friendly game of cards on school grounds and a teacher sees them. should the janitors lose thier jobs? a waring would have been fine. i hate rats!!!

People who do the right thing don’t fear rats. If more people were rats, maybe more people would do the right thing. Too many cheats and criminals out there, people need to stop being sheep and counting on someone else to report a wrongdoer.

From what I heard, the janitor walked in and said, ‘OMG, what are you doing, are you crazy?” or something to that effect. And the teachers told him, mind your own business, get the f*** outta here. Also consider that if he hadn’t told someone and kids had happened upon them, he would have lost his job for not telling. The teachers will remain in the rubber room for a long time, getting paid, before they are put back in the classroom. You all seem to think it was ok because these were 2 women. What if it had been 2 male teachers, would you think it was so great then? Would your opinion be the same? What if a couple of kids had discovered them rather than a janitor?

it was reported this happened after hours from what i read. no kids were in the school was also mentioned in the article. guys, girls no difference. maybe if it were guys the janitor would have def joined in, lol. everyone makes a bad decision now and then. something like this shouldnt cost them their jobs.

Anyone with a real job would be let go for less. Why does it take crime for someone to lose their job? People need to accountable for their actions. This is the problem with the Board of Ed, no accountability. Just show up and you have a job for life. Socialism is here.

Thats not true, Newinthepark, It happened during a talent show and there were kids, teachers, parents, etc in the school. Oldinthepark is right, but as someone who works for the DOE I would like to say that it is show up and kiss the right asses. Ass kissing talent is more important than your education or ethics. If you show up and do a great job, but have no ass to kiss, you are on thin ice, you can be scapegoated for someone who IS kissing the right ass. It makes no difference what kind of job you do, as long as the principal “likes” you. Also, if the ass your kissing leaves the system, your in trouble and if you don’t find a new ass to kiss, you will be downgraded by the new admin. You can be drummed right out. Nothing has to do with work ethic or quality, it’s all about the Mutual Admiration Society.
