However, since BPC Management took over, the number of problems and maintenance issues have doubled tenfold. The property is a wonderful community but the quality is being diminished daily. Suspicious looking tenants are moving in and tearing up the place. Some have completely torn down the aluminium blinds that are provided and replaced with hanging sheets or simply have broken blinds hanging from the windows.
